Preparing Your File

A few minutes of file prep is the difference between a sharp print and a soft one.

Use the largest version of your file you have, not a screenshot or a messenger download
A transparent PNG is recommended so no white box prints around your art
Very fine hairlines and tiny text can close up at small sizes, so consider a bigger size
Photographs of drawings work, but shoot flat, in daylight, with no shadow across the paper
If your artist sent a draft, ask for the original export rather than a chat image
